Our mission, to empower young girls in underprivileged areas through technology, is especially top of mind during times of unprecedented hardships. The girls we work with at Ainiti live in communities where child labor, child marriage, trafficking and grave inequality are common realities. By giving girls an opportunity for an education, we aim to help them achieve a greater future. By teaching the girls, and their families, valuable skills, they are supplied with the resources to move away from a life of hardship. We hope that they can translate the skills they learn at Ainiti into higher education or a meaningful career. With the recent COVID-19 pandemic bringing greater hardship to those who are already underprivileged, our mission seems even more important. Please join us in finding creative ways to give these girls the resources, skills, and education that they need in order to build an empowering future.

| What’s in Store for Ainiti in 2021 |

| The break in in-person schooling has been difficult, even for students with many technological and familial resources all over the world. At Ainiti, we see that it is our responsibility to continue to serve our students in Mumbai with the best resources we can. This year, we have been able to continue educating many of our students from a far by giving them books and some online lessons. However, we want to do more. As we enter 2021, we intent to find new creative ways to provide girls in India with educational tools even when they do not have access to the classroom. Whether that is providing books, food, or online lessons, we’d like your help to make it happen. We, in addition to the rest of the world, hope to see relief from the pandemic with vaccines on their way to India. We cannot wait to have the students back at the Ainiti school in 2021 once it is safe to learn in person. |

| World Food Day - A Summary |
| |

|
Our World Food Day initiative helped the Capital Area Food Bank and Los Angeles Food Bank distribute 20,000+ meals to those in need on both coasts. Even before the pandemic, nearly 400,000 people in the greater Washington region didn’t always know where their next meal would come from. Today that number has increased by as much as 60% due to Covid-19’s economic impacts, affecting upwards of 200,000 more people. That increase means the food bank needs to distribute more food than ever. One in five people in LA County faces food insecurity. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused unprecedented demand for food assistance. Thank you to all those who donated to Ainiti’s World Food Day initiative as it directly helped these food banks distribute more meals to more families in need.

Like you, we do not know what 2021 will bring, but we do know that providing the girls at Ainiti with an education, care, and empowerment will continue to be our priority.
