BEAUTICIAN TRAINING PROGRAM


At Ainiti, our beautician training program continues to be a safe space where young women rediscover their voice — and their value. With every brushstroke and braid, they’re not just learning a skill; they’re rebuilding confidence, one client at a time.

Globally, beauty and personal care services are among the fastestgrowing self-employment sectors for women, especially in underserved communities. And we see it firsthand — girls who once hesitated to speak now run their own home salons, train others, and carry themselves with undeniable pride.
TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION & SOFT SKILLS


At Ainiti, teaching technology is not just about screens and software — it’s about giving young minds the tools to navigate the world with clarity and confidence. From typing their first email to learning how to speak in a room full of strangers, every session is a step toward dignity, independence, and a future they once thought was out of reach. MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELLING


At Ainiti, healing begins with a conversation.
Our regular mental health counselling sessions offer young girls a safe, judgment-free space — to speak, to cry, to simply be. In a world that often tells them to stay silent, we remind them: Your voice matters. Your story matters.

Studies show that over 70% of youth in underserved communities have no access to mental health support. At Ainiti, we’re changing that — one session, one heart, one breakthrough at a time.

Because when a girl is heard, she doesn’t just feel better — she becomes unstoppable.

MEDICAL CAMPS


At Ainiti, our medical camps are more than routine checkups — they are acts of love in places often forgotten. For many of the girls and families we serve, these camps are their first real access to doctors, health education, and the simple reassurance that someone cares.

A single diagnosis, a basic medicine, even a listening ear — it all makes a world of difference. Because health isn’t a luxury. It’s a foundation for everything else they dream to become.
