Harish Ramani has more than 25 years of IT experience and leadership, currently serving as CIO and senior vice president of Flowers Foods. Prior to Flowers Foods, he served as senior vice president and global CIO for ARYZTA plc., a Swiss based global baking company and Constellation Brands, maker of fine Wine, Spirits, and Beer. He began his career with ExxonMobil and has held various IT leadership positions at Dr Pepper/Snapple, Cadbury Schweppes plc., and Red Bull North America.
Indira Joshi is an independent technology consultant. She has 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry spanning CPU architecture & design, Platform architecture and storage solutions.
Indira started her career as a design engineer in Intel’s CPU design organization. She was part of many successful CPU launches including Pentium, Nehalem and Haswell. She also led the Power management architecture group in Intel’s Client Platform Architecture organization. Their innovative power solutions were seminal to making Intel’s Ultrabook notebook design a reality. Indira has successfully led highly innovative engineering & architecture teams.
As Director of Datacenter Storage & Memory Architecture team at Samsung, her team was at the forefront of delivering high performance Storage reference solutions based on Samsung’s cutting edge Flash technologies for Datacenter & Enterprise solutions. The offerings included NVMe SSD based reference solutions code-named Sierra & Mission Peak.
Indira graduated with a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India.
Indira’s focus areas include promotion of STEM education & careers for kids and youth, Art and Travel.
Bernadine de Souza is a Planning Specialist, with a 27 year career at MATTEL, the world’s #1 Toy Company. Her role involves executing key business planning processes to drive product availability, and managing global supply trends and inventory. Being part of MATTEL team is to create the experiences that capture kids hearts, open their minds and unlock their potential through play.
Born and raised in Mumbai, India, she graduated from University of Mumbai, India. Bernadine considers herself privileged to have a good education and the chance to live in America.
Along with her husband Philip, they truly believe that to effectively reduce poverty and increase female literacy rates, educating young girls is essential.
Audrey Dias provides support to the Ainiti team. Audrey was raised in Mumbai and developed a strong sense of devotion for women and children in-need. She studied at the University of Michigan with a degree in Accounting. Prior to joining Ainiti, she worked as an Accountant. Her experience serving as President for the MOMS Offering Moms Support group of Torrance, and Treasurer for Girl Scouts gave her a deep appreciation for how non-profits seek to improve the quality of life. She is dedicated to raising her three daughters. She lives in California and continues to participate in community outreach programs.
Craig D’Abreo is currently Vice President of Security Operations at Masergy and is responsible for strategic and operational direction of the Information Security division. Craig holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a MBA in Cyber Security from the University of Dallas, TX. He currently serves on the Cyber Advisory board of a local Dallas college and previously served on the board of Greater Lewisville Cares, a Texas based volunteer organization. Craig joined Ainiti’s Board of Directors in December 2017 and advises the organization on information technology initiatives.
